Types of Yoga We Offer:
Take a Seat Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Improve your strength, flexibility, and mobility through standing or seated yoga poses specially adapted for seniors at any level of health and fitness. Chairs and props are provided to keep everyone safe and supported – no need to bring a yoga mat.
Mondays and Wednesdays 9:00 am – 10:00 am, Fridays 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Core Yoga is an all-levels class that takes Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga and influences it with various movement disciplines such as Pilates and dance. This is a yoga class with extra emphasis on posture, alignment, core strengthening, gracefulness… and the beauty and joy of moving.

Mindful Moves on Mondays Yoga
Mindful Moves on Mondays is a great way to start your week! Learn how to move your body safely through various asanas to create a space of mindfulness. Breathing techniques (pranayama) will be explored to help decrease stress. Essential oils will be used to enhance the present moment. Explore your senses to bring more awareness to the now, releasing worry of the past and fear of the future. By allowing the mind to be cleared, positive affirmations will be shared to increase their effects. All levels are welcome.

Join us for ZUMBA! Get your groove on with this Latin-based dance and rhythm class. The principle of Zumba is that workouts should be fun and easy to do, such that you forget you are working out! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt your body. Join the dance party!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is an energetic and powerful move form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting the breath to the movement. This class incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, and physical and mental stamina, while offering variations to modify, intensify, or challenge the body and mind!
Tuesdays 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm, Thursdays 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm, and Fridays 10:30 am – 11:45 am
Mindfulness & Meditation includes studies and teachings to help develop greater clarity in our mindfulness. Meditation reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, and is effective in working with depression, anxiety, and anger. Ultimately, we practice meditation in order to realize and reconnect with our true nature, our true self.
Tuesdays 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Gentle Yoga & Meditation restores balance and flexibility. In this class we practice relaxing and reviving postures that help quiet the mind and gently rejuvenate the body, with a focus on inner awareness. This allows for deeper stretching and slower breathing, helping us to move beyond pain, stiffness and injuries to restore greater movement and ease. Class ends with a 15 minute guided meditation.

Restorative Flow Yoga is a great way to unwind, stretch, and rejuvenate the body and mind. You will be guided through a sequence of deep stretches, free-flowing poses and breath work, aimed at enhancing flexibility, relieving any tension or stress and relaxing the mind. Take some time to connect with yourself and restore your body, mind and spirit!

This class will explore the exciting field of Spiritual Awakening and Awareness! As we reach for guidance, this class will shine light on the tools and resources that are available to everyone. You will be given methods to discover and explore your personal and intuitive gifts.

Kundalini Yoga consists of exercise and breathing techniques that can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or physical ability. It strengthens the body and promotes flexibility, activating and circulating the life force energy flowing through the body. This promotes relaxation, self-healing, personal and spiritual growth. A complete system, Kundalini yoga includes posture, breath, mental focus, music, mantra, visualization, meditation and deep relaxation. Benefits include postural alignment, strengthening of the nervous system, and a balanced glandular system. Sometimes called “The Yoga of Awareness,” the experience is calming, energizing, elevating and expansive, promoting health and a profound sense of well-being. Each class follows a similar format, beginning with brief explanations and “tuning-in,” followed by warm-ups, an exercise set, deep relaxation, meditation, and closing.

Shakti Strong Yoga – Awaken the Divine Feminine in all her Strength – is a unique mix of strength-building power yoga, tribal dance, and pranayama. Using movements that activate deep core engagement, we tap into the power of our 3rd chakra which is thought to be the center of our personal strength. We break the mold of linear yoga and move into sacred spirals to free up stored energy. Not just a work out, but a work-in, expect lots of intention, sweat, and music that will make you want to move. You will leave feeling luminous, connected to your divine feminine self and full undeniable strength and power. supported – no need to bring a yoga mat.

Rest and Restore Yoga – Give yourself a break from the busy-ness of life and make room for some R+R. In this class, we hold poses for 3-5 minutes supported with props and allowing access to deeper levels of connective tissue or fascia where were hold patterns of posture. Individuals are guided to focus on breath, creating peace and ease in the mind and body, allowing the nervous system to recalibrate to it’s “rest and digest” function and layers of tension to melt away. Recommended for all yoga levels from beginner to the advanced practitioner.

Strength Building Yoga focuses on combining strength & flexibility while practicing various poses, and is open to all levels. Poses (or asanas) range from gentle twists and stretches to standing poses to arm balances and inversions. Feel the power that is within you!

Let Go! Meditation will start with pranayama (breath work) to help center and quiet the mind. Through conscious breathwork, we can breathe through anything whether it is emotional pain or physical. There will be a guided meditation as you close your eyes. Emotions usually arise from a place of perception in our own mind. Through practice of meditation, we can change the pattern of our thinking so that we can begin to feel more content with all around us and live mindfully as well as joyfully in the moment.

Good Vibe Yoga & Meditation
Good Vibe Yoga & Meditation will enhance your weekend routine with a peaceful yoga flow and breathwork class, that will balance the senses and calm the mind. The class will end with meditation, providing a wonderful way to prepare for the week ahead.
Saturdays 9:00 am – 10:15 am, and Sundays 9:00 am – 10:15 am
Family Yoga & Art is a fantastic place to come together to experience the union of yoga and art with our families! This class will explore a connected theme through stories, songs, yoga, and art. What better way to deepen your family connection than to cultivate creativity and have fun doing yoga! Half of the class will be a hands-on-art project, and half the class will be spent doing physical activity. All ages are welcome.

Tai Chi is an internal energy practice for health, strength and relaxation, and is often considered as meditation in motion bringing together mind, body and spirit as one. As a passive martial art, Tai Chi is rooted in the basic values of all martial arts; respect for self and respect for others.
The many health benefits of Tai Chi include decreased blood pressure, pain reduction from arthritis and other types of joint pain, and a grounded sense of well-being!
